Use SaySpend carefully, and review what AI suggests.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using SaySpend, you agree to these Terms of Use and EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

If you downloaded SaySpend through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to the applicable platform terms. These may include Apple Media Services and StoreKit terms on iOS, or Google Play terms and Google Play Billing terms on Android.

2. License and eligibility

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use SaySpend for lawful personal or internal business expense tracking purposes.

• You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms, or use the app with appropriate permission from a parent, guardian, or organization.
• You may not copy, resell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, or exploit the app except as permitted by applicable law.
• You may not use the app in a way that interferes with the app, the parsing service, or related infrastructure.

3. App features and AI output

SaySpend offers manual entry, voice input, receipt scanning, AI-assisted parsing, records, insights, widgets, notifications, and optional iCloud sync on iOS. Some SaySpend Premium features may be gated behind a paid plan.

• Voice input and speech recognition depend on device permissions and the speech-recognition service available on your iOS or Android device.
• On iOS, receipt OCR may be performed on-device before parsing. On Android, the current scanning flow may send the compressed receipt, bill, or payment screenshot image you choose directly to the AI parsing service after you allow AI data sharing.
• AI-assisted parsing is intended to save time, not to replace your judgment.

SaySpend is not accounting software, tax software, investment software, legal advice, or financial advice. You should not rely on SaySpend as your sole source of truth for regulated bookkeeping or tax compliance.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you enter, import, speak, or attach to records.
• You represent that you have the rights needed to use any receipts, screenshots, photos, or other content you add to the app.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, Apple ID, Google account where applicable, iCloud account, and access to any synced data.
• You agree not to use the app for unlawful, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• You agree not to upload or submit content that you do not have the right to process.

5. SaySpend Premium purchases and subscriptions

SaySpend may offer paid SaySpend Premium plans through Apple's in-app purchase system or Google Play Billing when the applicable purchase flow is enabled. Available product types may include monthly, yearly, and lifetime options, depending on what is configured and offered in your region, storefront, or build.

SaySpend Premium Monthly and SaySpend Premium Yearly, if offered, are auto-renewable subscriptions. SaySpend Premium Lifetime, if offered, is a one-time purchase and does not renew. The exact subscription titles, durations, prices, and included features are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country, region, currency, taxes, storefront, and build configuration. The current Android build may show a Paywall before Google Play purchases or purchase restoration are enabled; no payment can be completed in that build until Google Play Billing is enabled and a purchase is successfully verified.

• Payment is charged through the storefront account you use to confirm the purchase, such as your Apple ID or Google account.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under the cancellation rules shown by the applicable storefront before the current subscription period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
• Billing, renewal, cancellation, restoration, and refunds are handled by the applicable storefront under its terms and applicable law.
• We do not receive your full payment card information.
• Access to SaySpend Premium features may depend on successful purchase verification and active entitlement status.
• If a purchase is pending, canceled, refunded, revoked, or expired, Premium access may be delayed, limited, or removed.

Any free-tier limits, feature caps, or Premium feature availability may change over time as the product evolves.

6. Availability and changes

We may add, remove, suspend, or change app features at any time. The current AI processing pipeline uses a SaySpend-operated Cloudflare Worker and Xiaomi MiMo, and this may change over time. This includes changes to AI providers, widget behavior, notification settings, storage behavior, iCloud support on iOS, Android feature support, pricing, product packaging, or free-versus-paid feature boundaries.

We do not guarantee that the app or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some features depend on Apple, Android, Google, or other device services, network access, third-party providers, or device capabilities.

7. Intellectual property

SaySpend, its app design, text, visual assets, widget layouts, and related software are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaySpend is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• We do not warrant the accuracy of speech recognition, OCR, AI parsing, category assignment, calculations, or synced state.
• We do not warrant that records, attachments, or synced data will never be lost, delayed, duplicated, or corrupted.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
• Where the law does not allow certain exclusions, those exclusions apply only to the maximum extent allowed.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may stop using SaySpend at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or limit access to some or all app functionality if required for legal, security, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons.
